These are the types of big-picture questions that undergraduate students consider as part of Foresight in Business and Society. To be tomorrow's leaders, students must learn how to identify challenges and opportunities in the future and to develop ways to meet those challenges and capitalize on those opportunities.How will global water supply impact business a decade from now? What does the poverty rate in rural China have to do with a multinational corporation's investment decisions? Can the financial services industry narrow the U.S. rich-poor gap while still making a profit?

This signature course, required for all business majors, provides junior-level students with the framework to identify global trends, and to analyze how these trends will impact business decisions in an increasingly complex marketplace.
